The Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives the vote counts of expatriate Egyptians
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the results of the second phase polls of expatriate Egyptians from all the Egyptian embassies and 11 Egyptian consulates around the world. Out of Country Vote was by electronic ballots that voters downloaded and sent by mail or in person to the Egyptian embassies or consulates.
